Data used by RaceControl

Driver identity data such as the internal RaceControl driver ID, Steam ID, display name, avatar and nationality when available.
Race data: sessions, results, lap times, incidents, ratings, championships, registrations and votes.
Optional profile information and league-only chat/direct messages supplied by users.
Short-lived technical data needed for security and moderation, such as connection IP information where the feature requires it.

League-local driver identity

RaceControl assigns an internal driver ID inside this league. External identities such as Steam are linked to that ID so display-name changes do not split historical statistics. The ID is not a DreamHosting-wide driver account and is not shared with other leagues.

Public statistics

The league may publish statistics, race results, driver profiles, live server information and records on its own public RaceControl pages. League administrators control which public features are enabled.

Chat and Discord

RaceControl chat channels are local to this League VM. Discord integration, when enabled by the league, posts only to the Discord configuration chosen by that league. Messages are not forwarded to other League VMs.

Steam

Steam may be used for driver authentication and for installing/updating the Assetto Corsa EVO dedicated server through SteamCMD. RaceControl should not permanently store a Steam account password; authentication is requested again when Steam requires it.

Your data

Drivers can use the available profile/privacy functions or contact the league administration to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. A league-local wipe does not affect another league's independent RaceControl installation.
